Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Waiter / Waitress with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, handle orders efficiently, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service: Greet guests, present menus, make detailed recommendations, and provide excellent hospitality.
Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders and process payments using POS systems.
Service Delivery: Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensure correct presentation, and clear tables efficiently.
Table Maintenance: Set up tables with appropriate tableware, napkins, and condiments before and after service.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards across all service areas.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Waiter or Waitress.
Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Attributes: High physical stamina, a positive attitude, and a strong team-player mindset.
